ABOUT SHANTI PELHAM

Welcome! I’m Shanti Pelham, a teacher, pastor, and mentor with a deep passion for helping others live out their purpose. With over 14 years of experience in healthcare education, I bring a unique blend of knowledge, compassion, and faith to my roles. As an educator, I am dedicated to empowering students and guiding them toward fulfilling careers in the healthcare field.

 

I am also the founder of the Resilient Woman Foundation, a nonprofit that creates safe spaces and provides essential resources to support women in achieving a balance of life and career success. Through teaching, coaching, and community-building, I am committed to inspiring resilience, growth, and empowerment rooted in faith.

 

In addition, I serve as the Chief of Staff and Pastor of Apostolic Teams at Destiny Global, a vibrant church community in Richmond, VA.
